New Blog

This being (supposed to be, anyways) a business blog, I've started a new one, just for friends and family. It'll be meant to keep record of the baby's development. Feel free to come and check it out.

Change in plans

Wedding date has been changed to June 26th. That's totally fine with me since it's two weeks earlier! I've been busy planning. I've got the catering, cake, and photographers booked, dress on its way, and bridesmaid dresses being looked at. (Is that a grammatically correct sentence? If I'm going to be a teacher, I should at least know, right? I was never allowed to end sentences with prepositions, but who does that nowadays? Shhhh... just don't tell my old teacher that I did that.) Anyways, we still need flowers. If anyone knows of a good florist in the area, let me know. I actually haven't even looked for one yet. Do we even have any in Wayne County? ha.
Okay, well, just updating the information, because I like seeing this blog closer to the top of the list on other people's blogs. :)

We played for a wedding at Heritage Baptist Church this past Saturday. After the ceremony we played during the reception for approximately an hour and 45 min, before the meal was served. It was a very lovely wedding. We played our classical pieces, and Rebekah wrote a duet for us to play for this wedding.

We have a wedding coming up on June 20th at Heritage Baptist Church in Palmyra, NY. We will be playing for the reception.

Mother Daughter Luncheon - Heritage Baptist Church

Today we played at Heritage Baptist Church for the Mother Daughter Luncheon.
While the ladies walked in and enjoyed their tea we played a few classical pieces for them.

A few of the pieces we played were Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring, Canon in D, and Four Seasons.

The luncheon was so wonderful. after playing for a while we finished our last song and joined with the tea and delicious lunch. We had a great time fellowshipping with friends and family. Thank you for allowing us to play for this event :) We thuroughly enjoyed it.
